HANDS-ON HOLOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

COST: $500.00
NEEDS: slide projector, darkenable room, sink with running water or water trays, standard electrical service, VHS video player and monitor, 3 medium tables.
DURATION: Full day (9AM-12Noon and 1:00-4:00PM)
AUDIENCE SIZE: maximum 12 persons
AGE: 18 years of age and older

The basic concepts of holography are reviewed in a lecture and related to the actual creation of a hologram. The technique for creating a single beam reflection hologram will be demonstrated and this procedure will be completed by each workshop participant. Equipment and materials are provided by the Organizer. Participants or sponsor should make arrangements to bring lunch so that workshop participants may eat together.

HOLOGRAPHY LECTURE/DEMONSTRATION

COST: $350.00
NEEDS: slide projector, darkenable room, sink with running water or water trays, standard electrical service.
DURATION: 2 hours (with 10 minute intermission)
AUDIENCE SIZE: 10 - 125 persons
AGE: 10 - adult

The basic concepts of holography are reviewed in a lecture and related to the actual creation of a hologram. Using equipment provided by the organizer the presenter actually completes a holographic recording for the audience while reviewing the various experiences with them.

VIDEO PROGRAMS

COST: (VARIABLE)
NEEDS: VHS player and monitor or video projection facility
DURATION: Video programs vary from 5 - 30 minutes
AUDIENCE SIZE: Dependent on presentation format
AGE: 5 - adult (depending upon video selection)

We have a variety of video programs available to accompany your exhibition which will provide ongoing explanatory information. Contact us about titles. VHS or and digital tape formats available.

TEACHING PACKETS

NEEDS: No special presentation equipment required
DURATION: Varying from 10 - 30 pages
AUDIENCE SIZE: NA
AGE: Available for "Youth" and "Adult" groups

We offer a a range of training materials from simple question and answer sheets to interactive program guides for young people. Specific components of the packets may be individually designed for your staff.


DOCENT PROGRAMS:

DURATION: Varying from 2 - 4 hours
AUDIENCE SIZE: 5 - 20 is optimal
AGE: Available for "Youth" and "Adult" groups
